Paula Sanchez

Bio

Paula Sanchez is a musician who works with sound and image, in the field of experimental music, improvisation and performance art.

Putting the body and materials to the limit, in the destruction composition/decomposition
of a mutable sound space

In the pure presence, of an embodied sound

that invents relations
as it makes its way into nothingness.

She made her musical studies at the National University of San Juan in Argentina and a Masters in Performance specialized in Free Improvisation with Fred Frith and Alfred Zimmerlin at Musik Akademie of Basel in Switzerland 2018-2020.
Currently she's studying Sound Art at the Master’s program in Contemporary Arts Practice at HKB Bern Academy of the Arts in Switzerland.
